Fletcher's Cove
The 7-mile route turns at Fletcher's Cove, a natural regroup point with kayak and canoe rentals, picnic space, and access down the steps on the left from the trail.
Pace / no-drop guidance
Choose your distance. Run your pace. Help your neighbor finish. No one needs to be the fastest person in the group. Everyone is expected to bring good energy — see the Code of Conduct. No-drop does not guarantee a dedicated pacer, medical support, or supervision at every pace.
After the miles: Hammer Set
Push. Climb. Lunge. Burpee. Hold.
You do not finish alone. If you finish early, help someone else finish.
What to bring
- Water — carry it for the long option
- Layers you can tie off
- A headlamp for early starts
- Someone who has not come yet
YOUR GEAR AND PREPARATION ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY — SEE PARTICIPANT TERMS & RISK.
Published with each event. Lightning and ice cancel; rain does not.
