Field Work is how Hammer On members build courage, capability, and new memories through shared experience outside the normal routine.
Once a month, we step into something unfamiliar — a practical skill, a demanding environment, or a new challenge — with other people willing to show up and learn.
The point is not thrill-seeking. The point is practice.
Examples include trail navigation, wilderness basics, knot work, archery, tai chi, rock climbing, obstacle-course events, cold-weather hikes, sound baths, hot air ballooning, zip lining, silent retreats, and other useful or demanding experiences sourced by the group.
A wider, more meaningful life begins where routine ends.
